Lobster Trap

More than just a clam shack, the Lobster Trap has some of the best food the Cape has to offer. This family friendly restaurant and fish market is less than a five minute drive from Slack Tide. And if you're feeling adventures, a short bike ride along the canal plus a couple of roads will get you there as well.
Monument Beach

The beaches in Bourne all require resident parking stickers. But there are different ways to get around accessing them. Monument Beach can be reached to by parking on the side of the road and walking a bit to get there. It’s easy to spot the other cars with beach-goers and just follow suit.
Gray Gables Market

Bourne's friendly neighborhood family-owned market has a wide selection of wines and craft beers, the best butcher in town, amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches and fully stocked with all essentials.
Chart Room

Head to the Chart Room for cocktails by the water or a jumbo lobster roll. The restaurant is located inside a marina and its the hangout spot for sunset. You'll find a lot of boaters rocking their top-siders and Nantucket reds alongside the more weathered local deck hands.
Becky's Bakery

This cute bakery has beautifully made pastries and cakes. Bring the kids for muffins or cupcakes and treat yourself to a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. There's a waterfront playground across the way.

Gray Gables Beach

The beaches in Bourne all require resident parking stickers. But Gray Gables beach is just two miles away from Slack Tide, which you can get to with bikes and ride alongside the Canal to get there. Bike a little further and you can go to the Mashnee Island channel and have a long stretch of beach to yourself.
